For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost after investigation, Nolomo will cover the cost of return shipping, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Nolomo provides a 1 year warranty on all products from the date of delivery. This warranty covers eligible product faults or manufacturing defects under normal household use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, normal wear and tear, modifications, or failure to follow product instructions. To make a warranty claim, please contact team@nolomo.shop with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
